Yeah, also interested. Bonus points if they actually look cool.

Check out Felix Gray. I've had them for a while and have no complaints. They look good and work well. They take HSA too.
Seconded. I've had Felix Grays for a little over a year and couldn't be happier with them. My headaches disappeared almost instantly
Agreed - very happy with them. I used to occasionally have trouble sleeping if I worked on my computer before I slept, because of the blue light / eye strain. Then I started wearing the blue light glasses, sleep like a rock now.
Does it really help or is it placebo?
I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.
My vision hasn't gotten worse, and I sleep a lot easier. Whether it's the glasses, or something else, no idea.
I would say it really helps. If you are taking in blue light, particularly at night, it is going to mess with your circadian rhythm. Essentially the blue light is signalling to your body that it is still daytime and your body won't produce appropriate levels of melatonin that help you get to sleep.
Ra Optics is another brand to check out. They are a bit more expensive than Felix Gray but claim to be filter out 2x as much of the light.
A fan of these as well. They seem to help with my sleep too (I wear them when I watch TV at night). Maybe it's placebo, but either way I like them.
It didn't really occur to me this was also a thing, I really need this.

Using Izipizi ones. Cost $/£40 for blue light glasses. Good quality and look cool. Sleeping much better with pre-sleep usage

It's great. I think Windows now has a native feature for this but f.lux was great when I've used it.

Turning on Night Shift on your iOS/MacOS devices helps too.

Highly interested in this. Especially in glasses that don't pick up oil/smudge easily.
Warby Parker has a blue light option and frames are really affordable! If I remember correctly, the blue light option is like $50 more and well worth it. I've had them for 6 months and have really seen a difference.
