Is 240K the new norm ofEBscompensation for Analyst 1, after the recent bump in base. Given that, mostEBsnow pay 110K as base? Did bonuses stand at their previous levels of around 100% of base, or did they decrease?

You're saying An1's are making
$130k bonuses? I find that really hard to believe, at least as a consistent data point atEBsaside from the 2020 outlier.
Probably including signing bonus. Not unrealistic for EVR, which paid $25k signing and $120k base. So assuming $95k annual bonus (80%) seems pretty reasonable.
Probably on the higher end still.
Would say that's on the higher end for sure for AN1.
The fact that number is actually within the realm of possibility and not laughably impossible is mind blowing. That's all.
Myanalyst at Barclaysin a good group cleared $200k all in first year. The fact that first years are touching $200k is absolutely wild imo but I guess that's more or less industry standard these days
