Graduate Test Engineer

总体过程始于基于游戏的评估和简历过滤过程。

I was then invited to an assessment centre which took place in a hotel close to the Stevenage facility which was very inspiring to look at (I accidentally went to the wrong place and was lucky to walk through the facility)
It was a very pleasant experience overall so much so that i thought i had actually got the job. The staff on the day were really delightful and it seemed like a fantastic place to work and very multicultural. It consisted of a group exercise, which is where you will really want to showcase your thoughts an input, and an 2 to 1 interview with the team leaders. I definitely could have been more prepared for the actual interview though.
