Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with phone screen in which I received zero technical questions and was mostly asked about company fit and interest in Equity research. Moved on to super day which included 3 interviews of 30minutes each with 2 VPs and a MD. Mostly asked about previous experience and future market projections. Again was not asked any technicals - only a stock pitch.
