Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a quick process. Decisions were made quickly. Most interviews were about 30 minutes. There were 5 rounds with different people. Junior people were typically 2 on 1 with senior people being 1 on 1. Almost every interview had a variety of technical questions. All questions were banking related (LBO, efficient market, multiple interpretation, stocks you follow, etc.) with 1 or 2 basic math questions.
