Happiness (Pros)

The pay is good, the prestige is good, JPMorgan Chase has a great credit and rates department. Those franchises are extremely strong.

Sadness (Cons)

Declining S&T Revenue, however, in FICC, we still bring in a great degree of profitability for the bank and I feel that our bonuses pale in comparison to Investment Bankers.

Tips to Senior Management

For IB, set 80 hour work caps. Working more is not a stamp of pride, it is grossly inhumane. For S&T, revitalize departments. Focus on Rates and Credit.
