A 10-KSB is an annual filing similar to a 10-K. It is filed by small businesses that do not usually attract interest from equity researchers. They are often referred to as 'penny stocks'.
The content of a 10-KSB is similar to that of a 10-K in that it includes all annual financial information as well as important information pertaining to the company, its structure and plan. A 10-KSB must be filed with the SEC within 90 days of the end of their fiscal year.
