Disclosing interview with coverage company?
My bank has a policy that you need to disclose interviews with companies your analyst covers (compliance/disclosures/etc).
我应该如何处理呢?我一直和我的分析st 3 years so has to be somewhat expected I'm looking, it just feels weird to volunteer that. In theory I can tell DOR and it's that, but I have to think they tell analyst, no? And my analyst glosses over some stuff but I feel like she'd notice a new disclosure in her reports…
