High School Senior- College Decision

of the waitlist, Penn > everything else, and Duke is good but it's worth pointing out that Duke also has one of the most beautiful campuses in the world + good weather

Which waitlists would you take over ND? Obviously Wharton and Duke, but what about Vanderbilt, Georgetown, UVA, and Wash U?
I would take all but WashU from the waitlisted schools. However, it depends on your preferences. All of the schools are very different in terms of culture/location/program.
