Strategy Consulting after KPMG Financial Advisory

So I'm working atKPMGAdvisory(associate currently butAMin like 2-3 years) in Asia. Our work comprisesmostly of corporate financem&a feasibilities, fin. modelling, fdd etc. I'm a chartered accountant and want to know if I should prep for anmbaor any other msc strategy etc. My goal is partner at a strategy firm (only if work satisfaction is high which depends on the assignments.). I'm indifferent aboutmbbaur b4 currently as my long term goal because if I study further I'll probably have to start from associate consequently raising the opportunity cost. I want to know if I should continue as a CA in the firm and rise thru the ranks or go for anmbaetc after 3 years and get in anmbbfirm.

I'm leaning towards the 2nd option as they offer higher pay among other reasons.

P.s I'm indifferent b/wmbband big4(big4's strategy consulting dept.). I'd go with the highest paying firm.
