Got an offer from a company (later stage Series F-G) and wanted to see if people have any thoughts on the all-in comp they offered. For context, I am an Associate at a mid-tierBBcoverage group. All-in annual comp (based on current valuation) base+equity comes out to about $220k - obviously, some upside if the company raises another round or goes public. I know it's a slight cut - especially with the recent pay bumps in banking, but given that my life will probably be extremely less stressful, I was wondering if there is a solid offer?
