We're looking for a Director of Business Development, M&A to join our energetic team.
In this role, you'll be in charge of looking for opportunities and running full sales cycles within our seller brand community. We're looking for a highly motivated person who's eager by taking the time to understand the business potential.

Responsibilities:
- Source, develop, negotiate, and launch new partnership opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with new and existing client to create high-quality growth
- Collaborate with other departments (legal, creative, product, and tech) to look for new business development opportunities
- Report on performance and data to prioritize work to expand
- Lead all operations, helping different areas such as: troubleshooting. Guaranteeing data syncs, setting up and updating tracking links, providing brand-approved assets, implementing term compliance, processing invoices etc.
Requirements
- 4-6 years' experience as a high-performing generalist
- Experience in investment banking, consulting, investing, or product execution
- Strong Skills at defining high-level objectives and all the planning process required to achieve objectives.
- Robust ability to influence through encouragement, evidence, and intuition (not authority)
- Analytical approach with an understanding of acquisition funnel and sales KPI's
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
