Highbridge Capital Management

我n late 2004, J.P. Morgan Asset Management purchased a majority interest in Highbridge, creating one of the first and most significant strategic alliances in the hedge fund industry. In July 2009, J.P. Morgan Asset Management completed its purchase of substantially all remaining shares of the Firm --- a transaction that remains at the vanguard of the institutionalization of the hedge fund industry.
