I applied through campus recruiting. The interview was mostly behavioral. It was very pleasant. I expected to receive a second round interview since the interview seemed to go really well. However, this was not the case. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience anyway. I just wish that the recruiting team would communicate better.

I had 3 30 minutes interview over the phone with the hiring manger and his peers in the same group. The second/final round was in the San Francisco office. They flew me out and had me meet with 4 VPs, 30 minutes interview each. I was given several market sizing questions. I was very impressed with how intelligent the talent was at Visa. Very personal culture as well.
