REPE Compensation Bump from Analyst to Associate?

Hey All,

I'm an analyst working in REPE coming up on promotion territory and i'm trying to figure out what's considered competitive all-in compensation for an associate in a high COL city (NYC, LA, SF). I'm in one of these cities and making $140K all in for reference. Would appreciate any insight!
