FormerJPMAnalyst program grad here (although not CADP): pick Cap1.
What are the offer details though (comp, PTO, etc) out of curiousity? Location as well. Can try and give some insight as I used to work with lots of ex-BAs and obviously have some insight into JPMC (as opposed to theIBfocused people here)
Thanks for your insight. The CADP summer analystposition is in Columbus (my hometown), pay is $31/hr with overtime and $2.5K signing bonus. Cap 1 is in McLean, VA, pay is $42/hr and $3K signing.JPis obviously a bigger name but C1 may have a better experience. I'm looking to move into consulting.
Take Cap1 and do not look back. Absolute no brainer. JPMC Columbus is not a good location to be in. It is primarily aBO/Ops location and you will not get good exposure there.
There is NO reason to takeJP在这里,这样做会是一个很大的错误。公司name is not the same thing as "prestige" nor is it important when comparing positions of such disparate quality
