T2 Consulting vs. MBB Back-office

Looking at my options for the future. I have an offer at a T2 firm (LEK, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon) as well as a back-office role at anMBB. The back-office role is a 2 year rotational program in which I will be transferred into regular consulting after the program. What do you guys think I should do considering I come from a non-target?

+1 to all of this, and just want to emphasize that this is not even close (I'd honestly recommend B4, boutiques, or a non-consulting job over a back office role). Congrats on getting a T2 offer

In addition to lateral possibility and broadly comparable experience / exits at T2, I want to add two other points - (1) I would never take 'xyz will happen in 2 years' as a guarantee (edit: especially right now asMBB可能最近overhired),(2)市场将not value your back office experience and I'm guessing that theMBBwould put you into an entry level role after 2 years if they move you to the main consulting group (again if), so you'll be effectively 2 years behind on your career and development

Is this a thing?
