Interested to hear a little more about this group. I've got no clue what it is, but the roles within seems somewhat interesting they seem to have an emphasis onfixed income, derivatives, but also data science, a little programming and stats. I hear it's a valuations/analytics part of the business but don't know much beyond that.

I believe this group isunderJPM's Data Science org which is part of their wider middle/back office. It is基本上是金融科技withinJPMand the roles and exits will be similar to a fintech. You can look up H1B data to get an idea about the base. No idea about the bonus but my guess would be less than 50% given its function.
