Don’t feel privileged and struggle to understand Gen Z?
I'm an An1at aBB, and there's been a lot of news recently about affirmative action and merit and whatnot.
I saw some Reddit thread about why young folks like Bernie, and it talked a lot about how they can't get jobs.
I'm genuinely baffled but his. I was a C-B student at a rando high school who went to a non-target college, yet through sheer will, I landed aBBNYIB的角色。
I realized as a freshman in college how fucked I was if I didn't become proactive, and I started cold emailing and networking as much as I could. It worked out for me. So I'm just curious, am I or are we all out of touch or is it really that hard for Gen Z? I kinda find it hard to be sympathetic if it's not actually that hard, and they're just not motivated.

Yeah that's a joke. Unemployment at a 50-year low. Don't see how you could complain about finding a job. However, cost of living has gotten bad and many people feel like they need to be making more to make ends meet. What these folks need to realize is you make what you are worth. If you aren't making enough, learn new skills to become more valuable. Invest in yourself and don't expect the best jobs to fall in your lap.
