Because one or two people who actually work at Citi and know what they're talking about were disappointed with their comp and posted onWSO对它如此then the masses of college students and 1st years on this website that repeat everything they read as though it's gospel, with no actual firsthand experience of what they're talking about, picked it up and ran with it.
Edit: Damn, I took heavy damage from the intern brigades on this one.
