How to ditch job offers correctly

Senior year undergrad non-target school, I am currently securing positions for 2023FTjobs in finance. I don't want to seem cocky or anything, but I got a banking analyst job offer from a reputable company, the program is rotational, and it is not ideal. Pay is only 80k plus bonus, and it's an 8-5 job M-F. While I am still applying to other places and looking for a better opportunity. My problem is that, let's say, I accept the offer and will continue to interview for other firms. If I can get a better position and company, I suddenly ditch the first company, and the bridges will be burned forever. I don't have much experience with what's appropriate in this situation, and I know it's an excellent problem to have. I don't want to miss an opportunity for a better job. Does anybody know what the best strategy, in this case, is as a senior undergrad?

p.s. I made a verbal committed and going to accept the offer next week.

You didn't say that you accepted the offer, only that you received one. There is no problem accepting a different offer from your first.

My bad did not clarify. I made a verbal commitment and they will conduct the last check on me next week, I plan to accept it and then keep looking for other jobs. Hope it's not a dick move while still being in college
