Non-EU citizen here - how I can increase my chances of getting an internship?
I'm an incoming freshman student from semi-target school in Italy. I wanted to do an internship next summer but I'm a non-eu citizen. How I can increase my chances of getting an internship inIBor perhaps small boutique firm?
I know I'm already in not a good position, so I'm trying to gain as much experience as I can over the summer/fall. Currently I'm working as an Executive Assistant for amanaging director(small boutique firm), and already have an experience as an Operations assistant. Unfortunately I don't speak any Italian but I do speak English and Russian.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks :)
