It's pretty expensive now, but I think I got it on a deal for under $2,500. If possible, try to avoid buying (new) furniture around July-August, as that's when everyone is moving out and they'll gouge prices. On the other hand, if you don't mind looking at used furniture, you can find some killer deals (FB marketplace has some fucking STEALS).
