我在上大学，我有自己的apt. Ever since covid started, I've not been eating healthy. I'm trying to be better now, but don't know where to start. I tried cooking on my own but was not successful. My school's dining hall is technically healthy but the food tastes horrible. I have been ordering out mostly, but that's very unhealthy foods.
Anyone here have experiences with these delivery ingredient services? Are they easy to make? I suck at cooking. For example, I tried making a steak last weekend but it burned then I ruined the pan as I did not know cast iron is not dishwasher safe.
Cooking is something I really want to work on. Every single meal I had as anSAwas ordered out. I don't want to be like this forFT. Obviously I know I can't cook most days, but at least for weekends hopefully.

Look at Freshly if you're just trying to feed yourself. The other two mentioned are meant for couples & families.

Just buy groceries based on a few recipes which look good to you. No need to pay the premium of a delivery service.
If you want a meal kit delivery, I'd recommend homechef - it flies a bit more under the radar because they dont spend much on advertising relative to peer set. The pics of food on the website are less flashy / staged than the others and as a result look worse, but they have far better quality than hellofresh and at a much lower price point than blue apron.

I use Daily Harvest sometimes just to get veggies and berries delivered in smoothie form. I just pop it in my blender. It's convenient.

How is someone supposedly smart enough to learn everything they need to break into banking/succeed yet they can't cook? Do you know how to read and follow directions? Then you can learn how to cook. Saying you can't cook yet want to is the equivalent of saying you don't know how to learn basic things.
