That said, I look at gpa (3.5+), interests, and for some activity that doesn't look like it's just for adding to your resume (looking for a sport, retail job, legit volunteering, an interesting club, Greek life etc). I personally don't like working with hardos and there's nothing worse than talking to a kid whose dream since middle school was to be in banking. Looking for someone who can pass the airport test. I also put very little weight on freshman finance internships and pre college finance stuff (while you might claim you built the model from scratch and we're the reason the deal got done, I doubt it).

BC is a great school and will give you great opportunities. You have your whole post-college life to be miserable (joking, of course), but this reminds me of those "Do I leave the role I like for one that might pay a little more" type of questions - if the change isn't too substantial (i.e., by "substantial change" I mean going from non-target to target, 40% comp increase, etc.), you are taking a risk with not that much payoff. Enjoy BC, man!
