I am a rising sophomore at a non-target (for everywhere but Charlotte) in NC. Ultimately I want to work at aBBinIBD. I currently intern at a small boutiqueM&Afirm and want to move up and finding anIBinternship (from non-target and not diversity) as a rising sophomore is quite the challenge. Would it look bad to try to getERorS&Tnext summer at aBB(I know they're totally different than IB) when it comes to recruiting for my junior summer? Will going fromM&AtoER/S&Thurt my story and lead to doubts in my interest in IB?
