Can't speak to feasibility of transferring (feel like it wouldn't be too impossible), but having ACI on your resume will definitely be a helpful point for BCG/McK in terms of getting interviews. Great experience to have

一般来说,但我相对少见n your first 6 months as an entry-level employee. Key exceptions are usually due to relationships (i.e. your partner received an offer in this city and you would follow them) or family circumstances (i.e. somebody in your family needs care and you have to be closer to them). I wouldn't advise using that card if not true, but I can think of people who used it... liberally.
