Potential to get into IB
There have been plenty of threads regarding jumping from TS toIB. However, I wanted to ask some follow up questions.
1）What are the chances of getting into an elite boutiqueIB或者BB（（not MM) from TS(think A&M, Duff&Phelps, etc)?
2）How does the jump fromIBtoPE/HFwork and what are the chances of this jump even happening? Is it mostly networking on your own, headhunters, a combination, or meeting people through your workday interactions?
