Can't help too much because I'm a student too, but this sounds like a really good position to start in. Personally, I've been looking mainly at Investment Sales and Capital Markets jobs that focus on underwriting (mainly at the big brokerage shops) but I'd love to workat a房地产投资信托--haven't seen a whole lot of places looking.
