这interview is very fit oriented. Expect very few, if any, technical questions.
Focus more on current events in the market and some basics about equities.
Know your resume well.
Also, focus on:

You get about 5-6 interviews with ED and MD's. The MDs have more say in the decision making process. It will mostly be 2-1 interviews, at least that was the way it was for me.
