VC Study Material
Hi All, I have aVCLong term internship/Analyst interview coming up in a few weeks, I just wanted to know if there was any study material to learn more aboutVCMetrics,Term sheets, Cap table calculations, and general valuations in theVCrealm.
Up until now, I have been focusing most only on getting my accounting down, and while I understand why I am interested in early-stage companies, and things I should take into account when assessing companies as well as trends, interesting funding rounds, I wanted to learn more about analyzing the financials and doing calculations.
