definitely, honestly ended up using the non target as a selling point, talking about how I had to work sm harder to get my foot in the door and how I would continue to do so at the job. Honestly I think there are definitely some people who look at you differently but feel like once you're in the interview process everybody is about equal

不是OP，但过程却大不相同，并且公司也有所不同。至少根据我的经验，BBS通常在一开始就有某种Hirvue和/或评估。EBSusually just start off with a phone call.BBs也有小组安排过程，这可能涉及进一步的面试
