You’ll be interviewed initially by the recruiter who gives you more detail on the role and the groups with open spots. Uncapped commissions on renewable energy credit sales.

You’ll then meet with a Sales Desk Manager or two and they will essentially be your direct report. If you pass the 1 on 1 with them you’ll be asked to make a case study and present to a large group in the office.

If you pass that you continue onto the hire or pass phase. They’re looking for people ok with cold calling but more consulting experience is valued. It helps to be very sociable and have some level of renewables knowledge/background you can speak to.
