First Microsoft gives you a 30-minute first round with the goal to learn more about you, your experiences and resume. They will also typical behavioral and tie them into Microsoft; they also might ask you 1 technical question just to test the waters.

After that, it is followed by second round and then to a superday. The Super day was with 3 people and they all focused HEAVILY on fit and behaviorals. Little to no technicals in this stage of the interview.
