What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Since I took part in a recruiting event I had the opportunity to do the 2 rounds in one day. Since I already went through 2 interviews for the recruiting event, I qualified for the 'fast-track' process. This means that instead of 2 rounds of 3 interviews each I did 2 rounds of 2 interviews each. In the morning I did the first round with consultants, in the afternoon the second round with directors.

First round: standard interviews. Cases relevant to interviewers' experience. Fun discussion around some elements. Including quantitative part.

Second round: Much more high-level business discussion. No quantitative skills tested. Super general 'case interview' (directors asking very general question: If I am doing project XYZ, what should I be thinking about?). Personal part more about medium / long-term plans and ambitions.
