1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was split into 3 segments. 1 was with an associate who gave me a brief conceptual case (how you would design an elevator for a certain kind of building). Another was completely behavioral. And the last was a case packet given to me and I was told to solve the questions in the packet.
