2023 Full Time Analyst Recruiting

Hey Guys,

I worked atBBlast summer and I am returning this summer. I am a rising senior and definitely want to end up inPEand not banking. Which firms are recruiting for full time 2023 or do most of them wait until after the summer.

Appreciate any info.

Re recruited from anEBto anMFforFT。Here is a comprehensive of all the Pe Analyst programs and some commentary. Most of these funds will take 1-3 kidsftso spots are super slim.

Bain Cap (SSG, PE)

Audax (Add ons for days. Sweaty AF)

Alpine (HipsterCEOgood returns)

Crestview(One year promote to associate which is pretty cool)

KKR(PE, INFRA, SSG, RE)

Global Infra Partners ( the apollo of infra. badass fund with badass pay)

Blackstone(Tac Opps,PE, RE, INFRA) all the chicks will wanna bang you once you update your LinkedIn to incoming Private Equity analyst at BX)

Apollo (Credit Mainly)

llR (Kinda Shitty would probably just stayat aBBand recruit for way better funds on cycle)

Graham Partners (Same Story As LLR)

Golden Gate(Only Hires White Males from Notre Dame but worth a shot)(Awesome returns)

Ares (Special Sits,PE, RE) (LA is fun too)

Warburg Pincus(Haha Good Luck unless you're summering at PJT RSSG and BetaGammaSigma at Wharton)

Stone Point Capital(Meh would still stay at the BB)

MacquarieInfra and Real Assets (MIRA)

Partners (Weird rotational program, Only recruitFTdirectPE, Real Estate Credit Stuff, Secondaries)

Angelo Gordon(SSG &PEunderrated opportunity)

Altamont (Meh would stay at the BB)

Stellex (Shitty Culture, Avoid like the plague unless you have a boner for industrials PE)

Blackrock(Apparently have Pe analysts but not sure if it's Secondaries or co invest focused)

Roark (prefer southern kids hire like one person ft)

Vista (Sourcing Heavy)

Silver Lake(Douchebag mgmt team and seniors)

llR is a great fund. Top name in thelMMand GE space with great culture.

There are literally only 2people at Warburgthat went from PJT summer to WPFTand WP has way more than 2 analysts.

Roark hires more than one analyst. They recruit from my target.

Vista does 0 sourcing and is 100% execution focused at every level. Vista doesn't doVCor GE and many of their opportunities are brought to them by banks.

llR coper detected. Dude joining a no name fund in the suburbs of Philly right out of college is career suicide. I can see the appeal of joining LLR at a later stage in your career to get but for your first job you should prioritize brand name and compensation to build up a safety net of savings and some connections/personal brand. Starting out at LLR would pigeonhole you in LMM Pe/GE very hard to trade up fund sizes.

As for WP It is a stupidly hard program to get intoft。我去了潘,甚至不能得到一个interview. Vista is very sourcing heavy at the analyst level. Know a few kids there. Lots of bs admin work too. Associates tend to hold the pen on the model. But this is purely anecdotal you could be right.

llR is a great name in LMMPEbut it's still LMM. Wouldn't join there over aBB, chances are you'll land at a way better fund just going through normalPErecruiting. Pay is also below street and you have to live in philly

KKRSpecial Sits does not hire undergrads anymore.

Baypine is hiringFT。认为Sumeru might aswell (they have a fairly expansiveSAprogram)

Haveli Investments has anSAandFTprogram as well.

认为GGC analyst program has been discontinued

认为Apollo is justReal Estate Credit but may be wrong

Anything specific on why Stellex is so ass? Was in process with them recently and aside from being slow as fuck I didnt catch any bad vibes but might've just been my experience.
