Position Overview

Seeking an experienced analyst to:

• Manage workflow
• Execute sell-side transactions
• Assist on buy-side engagements
• Assist in generation of pitch books
• Work on financial models
• Write offering memoranda
• Work with financial models
• Identify potential buyers and acquisition candidates

Requirements

• 1-year relevant experience in IB, accounting, or transactional services
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a team-based environment
• Solid understanding of financial and business concepts and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
