I am networking into a coupleMBBlateral hireprocesses for their private equity strategy consulting areas. I have 15 years ofPEexperience, and it seems some of the MBBs like that. I don't know what to expect for lateral hire process though. Does anyone have insights? Will there be consulting-stylecase interviews? Will the focus be more on my ability to sell projects?
