Including Heritage in your Suit/Attire?
What´s your opinion on including certain aspects of your heritage/folk into your clothes? A good example would be a Native American including pearls or certain fabrics in his clothing. Or another example, some Bavarian professionals replace their suit jackets with traditional felt jackets, giving them a more folksy look. Would that be too personal forIB或者could it be interpreted as being true to yourself and "down to Earth"?

To the OP - no, I would not recommend that and/or endorse that. There are a few, and I mean few, situations where the person can pull it off, it's a one-off occasion, etc. but the rule is no.
One of my female Native friends wears some fancy beadwork bracelets in formal situations but that's pretty within the realm of normal/expected. There probably are lots of ways to make it personal yet subtle and seamless, I'd say "showing off" is really the questionable part for work.
