Cannot speak for LMM/米米funds but a good portion of UMM and米Fshave raised base salaries. Some are still slightly belowIBbase, but pay higher bonuses >100% (GBP90-110k base ASO1). Others pay closer to 50/50 (fix/base) which will equate to GBP110-130k base ASO1.

Speaking with friends across the street, quite a fewPEfirms have not made any changes followingIBDraises. Agreed, if you are an analyst at anEBlooking at £120k base for Associate 1 compared to 90k at a米米PEfund, and probably a similar or bigger bonus considering the higher base, then I think a lot more will stay.
