Microsoft does first-round phone interviews on an ongoing basis and will have 3-4 superdays between late August - November. This is for both interns and fulltime.

I went to three superdays fordifferentFLDPs。GE的FMP，雷神FLDP,通用磨坊FLDP。These are generally regarded as very good programs. The technicals are not nearly at the same level asIB, but superdays are not 100% technical grill sessions. They're just really involved interview days.
