Deadlines are irrelevant. Applications are rolling, applications are reviewed from opening date on an ongoing basis and tonnes of offers will be given out pre-deadline.

Ideally you should've been applying 1-2 months ago.

For format, I just meant some are bold and some are italics. Pick one.

I was in the usual finance, consulting, etc clubs but last year they didn't do much, plus I was totally disoriented the first year.

  1. You are applying late. Most positions are already filled
  1. Your resume isn't too competive ( no properly related work exp from last summer & no clubs to make up for that)

I would apply to the big 4 and try to lateral from there after a couple years

many firms don't have grad programs and if they do the positions are extremely limited bc most are filled from SW andSA(for example,Lazard fills its整个分析师课程仅凭春季实习生）。甚至可能不值得申请，但是如果您有兴趣，他们明年八月开放
