It's funny, but kind of shitty when you realize that he's claiming his physique comes from eating cow heart and pig testicles, not dbol and tren. I've also never understand this "primal" obsession where people try to live like cavemen. Yeah it's fine if you want to get more sun, exercise more, etc., but I've seen people (LiverKing himself) saying they straight up don't brush their teeth, bathe, etc. so they can live an "ancestral" lifestyle. Like there's a reason we don't eat raw chicken liver and drink water straight from rivers anymore. Why anyone would subject themselves to these things is beyond me. If you notice such a difference in the way you feel by living like a literal Neanderthal than that's more of a reflection of your previous lifestyle. If you are already healthy and do basic things like not eat complete garbage, go outside, etc. eating raw eggs will do very little for you except increase your odds of explosive diarrhea. Humans have evolved and adapted for a reason, and I'm sure those living in what LiverKing considers the golden age would kill for things that we take for granted here and wonder why we try to emulate them.

Yeah he pretty much claims natty doesn't he? He doesn't look natty though but infers it's because he eats so much liver and organs.

yeah I've heard about this. Liver is a good organ to eat overall, but to focus a whole diet solely around that? Come on
