有很多低压力类型的金融工作,but the majority of them are going to be lower pay. You can work as a financial analyst for pretty much any Fortune 500 company or related companies within the finance departments. It will be typical FP&A type work, financial reporting, and more of a 8-6 type job, where you will generally get around $55-65k (+/- depending on city/company/offices). You can also work as an FA or advisor for any bank and have a little better pay and growth. You will also have an advantage if you start as an FA for a bank and then move over as a Senior FA for a Fortune 500 company. Apart from that you can work middle/back office from any bank focusing a lot on reconciliation and compliance work. If you go this route you can pick a group your interested on such as FX, derivatives,ECM, debt, ect. You won't get as much money or stress as you would working the same groups in front office.
