Male, but I have a full sleeve, tattoos on both legs in multiple spots, multiple on my back, multiple on my other arm, chest, an ankle, and am getting a leg sleeve in two months. Having tattoos hasn't negatively impacted my career one bit (waiting for Prospect or Intern-IB to tell me otherwise lol). You may get the occasional comment or look from boomer MDs and kids from WASPy backgrounds, but who cares (especially if you plan to leaveIBafter a few years), and typically it'll only be once and they'll forget about it. Not hard to cover most tattoos in office attire.
