I am no stranger to WSO's mock interview service-My mentor is my third mock interviewer. Thus, I believe that I am well-positioned to review his handling of the mock interview.

What he did differently is that he replicated an actual interview situation: leaving the interviewee uncertain about the interview questions, alternating between behavioral and technical questions, and providing feedback only after the interview. What is important to me is to be put on the stop. It is impossible to recreate this feeling if the interviewee is in charge of the direction of the mock interview and pre-selects specific interview questions. He veritably knew which levers to pull to challenge me and leave me with a steep learning curve. In addition, his calm demeanor proved crucial in getting across the feedback, and it gave me a confidence boost for succeeding interviews. Most importantly, he has shown continued interest in my interview processes, which is indicative of his genuine engagement with his mock interviewees and a great character.
