向M7 B-School提供合格/杰出的国际申请人需要什么？
I am from an emerging country. Think India/China/Brazil/South Korea; I don't make it clear 'cuz I want to see input from various veiws. Things are really different in my homeland from what it is in the U.S. The economy is growing fast for sure, but the industries and financial system are far from being advanced, mature, complex and diversified. I have watched the Billions Series, so that I could tell.
I graduated with a Bachelor of egineering drgree and a Master of finance degree from two colleges. Both are highly respected in that area, and one of them is a local targetschool forBB's branch offices there.
刚完成my master studyand on-board working for a domestic reputated andinfluential sell-sideequity research firm starting下个月。没有选择IB作为途径，因为我对股票和行业更感兴趣。我要覆盖国内股票TMTsector with specification in Electronics Industry(Chips, Advanced Manufacturing, Automobiles, Smartphones, Enterprise Cloud, somthing like that). Feeling good about going through tech companies's stroies all day. Likely to shift to abuy-sideAM/HF/Mutual Fund in a year or two. The idea is that, if I want to go for aM7MBA, senior level working experience in local branch of an repuated global investment management firm likeBlackrock/AXA/Invesco/Point72 will be of great help. The recruitment could be selective here but chances exist.
I am thinking about going for US b-schoolMBAin 4-5 years, simply because they are the best, and I like America(On the RoadandThe Catcher in the Ryechange me a lot). I picture my self as a Pre-MBAER/HFguy, and would still practice inHFfor couple of years post-MBA, and maybe become a techVCinvestor ultimatly before retirement. Dont know if I get this wrong: I am kind of liking the lifestyle/influence status of VCs(I interned at one recently), but I don't think one would possess the wisdom to invest in 'THE FUTURE' unless after dozens of year spent in social interaction and grinding, s/he has gains enough sophisicated mindset/skillset about the innovation/technology/society/human nature/bigecontrend or other things that could be very abstract.
So I am wondering how to become qualifiedMBAapplicants forM7with backgrounds like mine? What should be noticed in the next 4-5 years? What can I do to increase myleverage? WillCFAlevel 2/3有帮助吗？如何作为在金融机构工作的分析师进行“领导力”或“社会影响力”？是什么真正使国际申请人与该池中的同行区分开来？

More profile info about myself: Both of my alma maters are around Top100/150 ranking globally(How do US b-school perceive foreign colleges?) and have strong regional presence in finance/industry. Undergrad GPA 3.8+/4.0. CFA-I passed. Have taken GRE and scored 330 with one-month preparation; I will try my best to get 760+ GMAT.
