Court Square is an independent private equity firm established by the former
members of Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners. As long term investors and partners to management, our legacy is one of building lasting companies.

For 20 years, the investment professionals at Court Square have invested in a wide variety of industries over the course of numerous economic and financial cycles, gaining broad experience in evaluating and managing private equity investments.

We have invested over $4.5 billion in more than 150 transactions, which have returned $14 billion to date. While we take a generalist approach to investing, we have specific and significant experience in the following sectors: business services, healthcare, industrials, media and publishing, and technology and telecommunications.

Court Square's senior management team has worked together for an average of 20 years, and our partners have worked together for an average of 14 years. We currently manage approximately $6 billion of aggregate capital commitments.
