Senior management in US or European banks always try toautomate tradingjobs or replace senior trader with younger ones. Guess what? Senior management will lose job soon. There will be less US / European banks operate large trading business in next 5 years. More industry consolidation. At that time, senior management will be jobless! Just like whathappened in Deutsche Bankequities !
